Guest preacher Jim Thomforde

Jim Thomforde Bio

Jim Thomforde is Vice President and Sr. Portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley where he has worked for 7 years. His experience also includes 8 years of college ministry at Cornell University, 10 years on Wall Street and 4 years of minor league baseball for the NY Yankees. He earned a BA in Economics at Trinity College, two Masters degrees at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a PhD in Theology from the University of Edinburgh. He is originally from Cape Cod, the son of Sharon (and Arnold)Clark, and now lives in Ithaca, NY with his wife Liz and two children, son JT and daughter Ella who are now attending college. Jim grew up attending Christ Chapel.
